Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.Position Purpose: Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance, and then identifying opportunities for improvement and strategies to realize those opportunities.

Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and to ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operationsDevelop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignmentUtilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projectsMaintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plansProvide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentationsNegotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risksLead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectivesProvide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operationsOversee product and initiative tracking by monitoring usage, status, access/enhancement requests, and ensuring dashboards, repositories, and reports are accurate and up to dataEnsure reliable, high quality initiative data by managing Smartsheet Data Shuttle integrations, validating data integrity, and driving outreach for incomplete, at risk, or outcome deficient initiativesEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred. Proficiency in Smartsheet and PowerBI strongly preferred.

  • Experience in project management and risk tracking highly preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
