Position Title: Maintenance and Renewal Specialist II

Position Location: Remote

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Renewal Specialist will support the Converge Sales Team with the quoting and management of their Manufacturer Maintenance Renewals and Contracts. The goal for this position is to promote and develop our maintenance service practice and increase attach and renewal rates.

Essential Functions:

• �� Proactively and accurately quote Converge customer maintenance renewals for multiple manufacturers.
• �� Maintain and reconcile End-users inventory and contracts.
• �� Handle Maintenance Cancellations and Credits
• �� Participate in customer facing meetings to review and explain renewal opportunity.
• �� Participate in OEM meetings to maintain partnership and keep up to date on all current programs, pricing, promotional deals, and education.
• �� Work as Converge internal subject matter expert for various OEMs to assist our Sales and engineers and our End Customers by handling all maintenance related questions and issues.
• �� Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• �� High school diploma or equivalent.
• �� At least 3 years' experience in a maintenance renewal specialist support role required.

• �� Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• �� Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
