Role Overview:We’re looking for a hands-on marketing professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to take ownership of revenue impact and help scale a data-driven marketing function.
Key
- Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end marketing-to-revenue funnel, from lead generation to pipeline contribution and conversion
- Define, track, and report revenue-related KPIs across all marketing initiatives
- Optimize campaigns, outreach, and website performance through A/B testing and data analysis
- Align marketing budgets with ROI and revenue impact
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and unified reporting flows across departments
- Assess funnel performance, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Coordinate SEO, performance marketing, and analytics efforts across all commercial initiatives
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales on lead quality, funnel stages, and conversion metrics
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency
- Ensure governance, consistency, and accountability across marketing initiatives.
- Ideal profile for the position:Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on revenue-driven initiatives
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, pipeline attribution, and ROI measurement
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and sales data
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
- Experience in iGaming or technology sectors is a strong plus.Tools &
