Client Experience Manager
Job Description:
Client Experience Managers (aka Pod Leaders) oversee a team of 10-12 people, $80-100K in recurring revenue, and support with our franchise needs. Client Experience Managers are client-facing positions and will attend client calls or be present on client communication where needed. Product knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web and Branding is required for this role.
Previous experience in a client-facing position is preferred but not required.
Reports to: VP, Client Experience (Emily Gass)

Responsibilities
- �� Manages team members by overseeing workload, managing PTO, coaching and training, and having 1:1s
- �� Reports and escalates critical information to VP of Client Experience
- �� Supports with client communication and retention efforts
- �� Project management and organization support for large clients
- �� Supports our franchisees with account needs
- �� Support leadership with various initiatives
Requirements
- �� 2+ years of experience at Hite
- �� Highly organized
- �� Exemplary communication skills both internally and with clients
- �� Confidence to lead difficult projects and conversations internally and externally
- �� Strong emotional regulation and emotional intelligence
