The SAP Inventory to Deliver (ITD) Lead will drive end-to-end success of inventory management, warehousing, and outbound logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role owns the functional design, deployment, and long-term sustainability of SAP EWM, ShipERP, and integrated inventory-to-shipment flows. The ITD Lead partners closely with Manufacturing, Order to Cash, Finance, and logistics stakeholders to ensure material movement strategies support scalable, compliant, and efficient operations.Neogen is seeking a Senior SAP Inventory to Deliver (ITD) professional to lead and optimize end-to-end inventory, warehouse, shipping, and delivery execution processes.
This role is ideal for an experienced SAP leader who can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, guide global deployments, and partner effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams. Responsibilities
- �� Lead Inventory to Deliver processes, including inventory management, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery execution.
- �� Own SAP EWM solution design for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse flows, ensuring alignment with physical warehouse operations.
- �� Partner with stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
- �� Lead ShipERP integration activities for carrier selection, labeling, and shipment execution.
- �� Manage global SAP deployment activities across design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare, including proactive issue and risk escalation.
- �� Build, mentor, and lead onshore and offshore SAP analyst teams while promoting consistent standards and effective delivery.

Requirements
- �� Senior-level experience leading SAP EWM and Inventory to Deliver processes in complex business or manufacturing environments.
- �� Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, shipping execution, and material movement strategies.
- �� Demonstrated experience gathering requirements through workshops, meetings, site visits, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- �� Ability to develop and maintain functional and technical documentation for SAP business processes and solutions.
- �� Experience leading cross-functional SAP implementation or deployment projects across multiple phases, including testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- �� Willingness and ability to learn related applications and integration technologies that support end-to-end SAP process integration.
