About the Role

We're looking for an IBM FileNet Expert to help scope a FileNet implementation, migration, modernization, or support project. This is a discovery and scoping-focused engagement: you'll join client calls to understand business and technical context, ask the right questions to clarify the current FileNet environment and future-state goals, and help define effort, risk, dependencies, and delivery approach. If you can walk into a client conversation and quickly translate ambiguous business needs into a clear technical scope, this is built for that.

What You'll Do

• Join client calls to understand business and technical context around the FileNet environment

• ��
• Help scope the full FileNet project, including effort estimation, risks, dependencies, and required skill sets

• ��
• Ask relevant technical questions to clarify the current FileNet environment and future-state goals

• ��
• Provide recommendations on the best delivery approach and next steps

• ��
• Assess technical requirements during client-facing discovery calls

• ��
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and an appropriate delivery approach

• ��
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

What You Bring

• ��
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet

• ��
• Experience scoping FileNet implementation, migration, modernization, or support projects

• ��
• Ability to assess technical requirements during client-facing discovery calls

• ��
• Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and delivery approach

• ��
• Strong understanding of enterprise content management systems

• ��
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• ��
• Experience working with enterprise architecture or solution architecture teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM Content Navigator

• ��
• Experience with document management, records management, or workflow automation

• Experience with FileNet upgrades, integrations, or cloud migration
