[PT/FT] Senior Roblox Developer & Game Designer

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roblox Developer or small development team to build a polished Roblox experience from concept through launch. The experience will be promoted to a large kids-and-families audience, with a strong focus on engagement, scalability, and player retention.

General information

This project is being developed for two major social media creators with a combined audience of 20M+ followers. The Roblox experience is expected to be heavily promoted across their social platforms, so the build needs to support a high-quality player experience and scale effectively as adoption grows.

The role covers end-to-end ownership across product planning, development, launch support, and post-launch iteration. This is initially a project-based engagement, with potential for ongoing development and support if the initial launch performs well.

Tasks and Deliverables

• �� We are looking for a developer/team that can own the project A–Z, including:
• �� Game concept and gameplay planning
• �� Roblox Studio development
• �� Map/world design
• �� 3D assets and environments
• �� Luau scripting
• �� Core gameplay mechanics
• �� Multiplayer systems
• �� UI/UX
• �� Player progression and rewards
• �� Data saving
• �� Monetization systems
• �� Mobile, tablet, PC, and console optimization
• �� Testing, debugging, and QA
• �� Roblox publishing and launch support
• �� Analytics and performance tracking
• �� Post-launch updates and improvements
• Required experience

• �� Strong portfolio of published Roblox experiences
• �� Deep experience with Roblox Studio and Luau
• �� Experience building games designed for large player counts
• �� Strong understanding of retention, progression, monetization, and Roblox game loops
• �� Experience optimizing Roblox experiences across devices
• �� Able to take ownership of both the technical development and overall product
• �� Strong communication and project-management skills
• �� Experience launching and maintaining successful Roblox games is highly preferred
