Effective date: 1 March 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobsHives website and platform ("Service") operated by JobsHives ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may create a free account using your email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at ayush@jobshives.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Job seekers may create a profile, save job listings, apply to positions posted by recruiters, and use our tools (resume generator, salary calculator, referral match). You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service solely for lawful employment-related purposes.

The Service and its original content (excluding content submitted by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of JobsHives. Our name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of JobsHives. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
By submitting content to the Service (job listings, profile information, etc.) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Firebase by Google). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that every job listing is accurate, current, or that you will secure employment through the Service. We do not endorse any employer or job seeker.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobsHives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed USD 50.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
